Common use of Current Market Value Clause in Contracts

Current Market Value. For the purposes of any computation under this SECTION 8 or under SECTION 7(b), the Current Market Value per share of Common Stock at the date herein specified shall be deemed to be the average of the daily market prices of the Common Stock for the 20 consecutive trading days immediately preceding the day as of which "Current Market Value" is being determined. The market price for each such trading day shall be the closing price, regular way, on such day, or if no sale takes place on such day, the average of the closing bid and asked prices on such day.
