Common use of Current Premises Clause in Contracts

Current Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, Tenant shall continue to pay Base Rent for the Current Premises in accordance with the terms of Paragraph 10 of the Basic Lease Information and Section 3.1 of the Original Lease, Section 4 of the First Amendment, Section 5 of the Second Amendment, Section 5 of the Third Amendment, and Section 5 of the Fourth Amendment.

Current Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, Tenant shall continue to pay Base Tenant’s Share of Additional Rent for the Current Premises in accordance with the terms of Paragraph 10 of the Basic Lease Information Sections 3.3 and Section 3.1 3.4 of the Original Lease, Section 4 6 of the First Amendment, Section 5 6 of the Second Amendment, Section 5 7 of the Third Amendment, and Section 5 7 of the Fourth Amendment.
