Common use of Current Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Current Proceedings. Except as set out in the Data Room, no Group Company nor either Seller is involved whether as claimant or defendant or other party in any claim, legal action, proceeding, suit, litigation, prosecution, investigation, enquiry or arbitration (other than as claimant in the collection of debts arising in the ordinary and usual course of its business none of which exceeds $20,000) which would have a material adverse effect on the business of the Group.
