Common use of CURRENT SELLER SHARE PERCENTAGE Clause in Contracts

CURRENT SELLER SHARE PERCENTAGE. (a) On each Distribution Date, the "Current Seller Share Percentage" will be calculated by the Cash Manager in respect of the then-current Trust Calculation Period or the related Interim Calculation Period, as applicable, and the distributions to be made from the Trust Property on the immediately succeeding Distribution Date, and will be a percentage equal to: 100% - Current Funding Share Percentage where the Current Funding Share Percentage is calculated on such Distribution Date in accordance with Clause 8.2(a) above.

CURRENT SELLER SHARE PERCENTAGE. (aA) On each Relevant Distribution Date, the "Current Seller Share Percentage" will be calculated by the Cash Manager in respect of the then-current Trust Calculation Period or the related Interim Calculation Period, as applicable, and the distributions to be made from the Trust Property on the immediately succeeding Distribution Date, and will be a percentage equal to: 100% - Current Funding Share Percentage where minus the sum of the Current Funding Share Percentage is calculated on such Distribution Date in accordance with Clause 8.2(a) above.and the Current Funding 2 Share Percentage
