CURRENT SELLER SHARE PERCENTAGE. (a) On each Distribution Date, the "Current Seller Share Percentage" will be calculated by the Cash Manager in respect of the then-current Trust Calculation Period or the related Interim Calculation Period, as applicable, and the distributions to be made from the Trust Property on the immediately succeeding Distribution Date, and will be a percentage equal to: 100% - Current Funding Share Percentage where the Current Funding Share Percentage is calculated on such Distribution Date in accordance with Clause 8.2(a) above. (b) On each Assignment Date, the Cash Manager will recalculate the Current Seller Share Percentage in respect of the related Interim Calculation Period and the distributions to be made from the Trust Property on the immediately succeeding Distribution Date and will be a percentage equal to: 100% - Current Funding Share Percentage where the Current Funding Share Percentage is as calculated on such Assignment Date in accordance with Clause 8.2(b) above. (c) On each Funding Contribution Date, the Cash Manager will recalculate the Current Seller Share Percentage in respect of the related Interim Calculation Period and the distributions to be made from the Trust Property on the immediately succeeding Distribution Date and will be a percentage equal to: 100% - Current Funding Share Percentage where the Current Funding Share Percentage is as calculated on such Funding Contribution Date in accordance with Clause 8.2(c) above.
