Current Service Contracts Sample Clauses

Current Service Contracts. For three years after the Closing --------------------------- Date, Seller, in its capacity as partner or member of any of its subsidiaries, shall not take any action to authorize or approve the termination without cause of any Current Service Contract, except to the extent that any such action may be necessary or appropriate to satisfy the fiduciary duties or contractual obligations of Seller or its subsidiaries. The term "Current Service Contract" means any service contract now existing between (x) a subsidiary of Seller and (y) the Company and any of its Subsidiaries. For purposes of this Section 7.18, ------------ neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries shall be deemed to be subsidiaries of Seller.
