CURRENT VERSION FOR END USERS. Upon execution of this Agreement, HCI shall deliver to Business Partner a master copy of the Software. HCI shall deliver the Software in the manner specified as the Delivery Method in Part I of this Agreement which shall be either via download or on machine readable media, the latter to be on a FOB HCI's Colorado Headquarters basis for destinations within the United States, or on a FCA (Incoterms 2000) HCI's Colorado Headquarters basis for destinations outside the United States.
