Curtailment; General Sample Clauses
The Curtailment; General clause defines the conditions under which a party may reduce, limit, or suspend its obligations or performance under an agreement, typically due to circumstances beyond its control. In practice, this clause might apply when there are unforeseen events such as equipment failures, regulatory changes, or supply shortages that prevent one party from fulfilling its full contractual commitments. Its core function is to provide a structured process for temporarily adjusting obligations, thereby managing risk and ensuring that both parties have clear expectations in the event of disruptions.
