Common use of CUSIP, CCN and ISIN Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP, CCN and ISIN Numbers. The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP”, “CCN”, “ISIN” or other identification numbers (if then generally in use), and if so, the Trustee shall use CUSIP numbers, CCN numbers, ISIN numbers or other identification numbers, as the case may be, in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice shall state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption or exchange and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes; provided further, that failure to use “CUSIP”, “CCN”, “ISIN” or other identification numbers in any notice of redemption or exchange shall not affect the validity or sufficiency of such notice.
