Common use of CUSIP Numbers, ISINs, etc Clause in Contracts

CUSIP Numbers, ISINs, etc. The Company in issuing the TRA Rights may use CUSIP numbers, ISINs and “Common Code” numbers (if then generally in use), and, in such case, the Transfer Agent shall use CUSIP numbers, ISINs and “Common Code” numbers in notices to the Holders as a convenience to the Holders; provided, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the TRA Rights or as contained in any notices and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the TRA Rights, and any such notice shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Company will promptly notify the Transfer Agent of any change in any applicable CUSIP numbers, ISINs and “Common Code” numbers.
