Common use of CUSIP or ISIN Number Clause in Contracts

The Company in issuing the Securities may use a "CUSIP" or "ISIN" number, and if so, such CUSIP or ISIN number shall be included in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that any -------- ------- such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of the CUSIP or ISIN number printed in the notice or on the Securities, and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Securities.
