Custodial Account Threshold Reduction. In the event that any of the events specified in clauses (a) through (g) or clause (j) of Section 19.2.1 or in clauses (g), (h) or (i) of Section 4.1.6 occur, the Master Servicer, in its reasonable discretion, may notify the Servicer in writing that the applicable Threshold Amount has been reduced to such amount not less than $1,000 as shall be specified in such notice.
