Common use of Custodial Duties Clause in Contracts

Custodial Duties. No teacher or pupil shall be assigned responsibilities normally performed by the custodial staff. Teachers assigned to schools having a Breakfast, Hot Lunch and/or Bag Lunch Program shall not be responsible for custodial duties related to these programs.
