Common use of Custodian May Perform Clause in Contracts

Custodian May Perform. If the Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein with respect to the Account Funds, the Custodian may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Custodian incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor pursuant to Section 6.3.
