Custodian Reserve Account. The amounts in items (2) and (3) of Section 2.8(a) shall be paid by the Lender debiting the Custodian Reserve Account as contemplated by Section 2.3, and reimbursement by the Borrower to the Custodian of such debits to the Custodian Reserve Account. Any Senior Shortfall Amount pursuant to Section 2.8(b) shall be applied by transferring such amount from the Preferred Equity Account to the Custodian Reserve Account.
