Custodian to Deliver Tender Offer Information. The Custodian shall promptly deliver to the Trust all information received by the Custodian and pertaining to Securities held by any Fund with respect to tender or exchange offers, calls for redemption or purchase, or expiration of rights. If the a Fund desires to take action with respect to any tender offer, exchange offer or other similar transaction, the Fund's adviser shall notify the Custodian as promptly as possible prior to the date on which the Custodian is to take such action. A Fund's adviser will provide or cause to be provided to the Custodian all relevant information for any Investment which has unique put/option provisions as promptly as possible prior to the beginning date of the tender period.
