Unless and until Custodian receives an officers' certificate to the contrary, Custodian shall: : (a) present Present for payment all coupons and other income items held by it for the account of the Fund, Corporation which call for payment upon presentation and hold the cash received by it upon such payment for the account of the FundCorporation; (b) collect Collect interest and cash dividends received, with notice to the FundCorporation, to the account of the Corporation; (c) Hold for the account of the Fund; (c) hold for the account of the Fund Corporation hereunder all stock dividends, rights and similar securities issued with respect to any securities held by it hereunder; and (d) execute, execute as agent on behalf of the Fund, Corporation all necessary ownership certificates required by the Internal Revenue Code or the Income Tax Regulations of the United States Treasury Department or under the laws of any state State now or hereafter hereunder in effect, inserting the FundCorporation's name on such certificates certificate as the owner of the securities covered thereby, to the extent it may lawfully do so.

Custodian's Acts Without Instructions. Unless and until Custodian receives an officers' officer's certificate to the contrary, Custodian shall: shall (a) present for payment all coupons and other income items held by it for the account of the Fund, Fund which call for payment upon presentation presentation, and hold hld the cash received by it upon such payment for the account of the Fund; , (b) collect interest and cash dividends received, and other income of any kind, with notice to the Fund, for the account of the Fund; , (c) hold for the account of the Fund hereunder all stock dividends, rights rights, and similar securities issued with respect to any securities held by it hereunder; and , (d) execute, execute as agent on behalf of the Fund, Fund all necessary ownership certificates required by the Internal Revenue Code or of the Income Tax Regulations of the United States Treasury Department or under the laws of any state now or hereafter in effect, inserting the Fund's name on such certificates as the owner of the securities covered thereby, to the extent it may lawfully do so, and (e) make transfers, exchanges, or deliveries pursuant to clauses (b), (c), (e), (g), and (j) of Section 5.

Unless and until Custodian receives an officers' certificate to the contrary, Custodian shall: (a) present for payment all coupons and other income items held by it for the account of the Fundrelevant Series of the Company, which call for payment upon presentation and hold the cash received by it upon such payment for the account of the FundCompany; (b) collect interest and cash dividends received, with notice to the FundCompany, for the account of the FundCompany; (c) hold for the account of the Fund Company hereunder all stock dividends, rights and similar securities issued with respect to any securities held by it hereunder; and (d) execute, as agent on behalf of the FundCompany, all necessary ownership certificates required by the Internal Revenue Code or the Income Tax Regulations of the United States Treasury Department or under the laws of any state now or hereafter in effect, inserting the FundCompany's name on such certificates as the owner of the securities covered thereby, to the extent it may lawfully do so.

Unless and until the Custodian receives an officers' certificate to the contrary, the Custodian shall: (a) present for payment all coupons and other income items held by it for the account of the Fund, each Fund which call for payment upon presentation presentation, and hold the cash received by it upon such payment for the account of the respective Fund; (b) collect interest and cash dividends received, with notice to the each Fund, for the account of the respective Fund; (c) hold for the account of the each Fund hereunder all stock dividends, rights and similar securities issued with respect to any securities held by it hereunder; and (d) execute, as agent on behalf of the each Fund, all necessary ownership certificates required by the Internal Revenue Code or the Income Tax Regulations of the United States Treasury Department or under the laws of any state now or hereafter in effect, inserting the Fund's name on such certificates as the owner of the securities covered thereby, to the extent it may lawfully do so.
