Custodianship; Transfer of Loans and Permitted Investments. (a) The Trustee shall hold all Certificated Securities (whether Loans or Permitted Investments) and Instruments in physical form at the office of the Trustee in Boston, Massachusetts or the office of the Trustee in Florence, South Carolina at the addresses specified in Schedule III hereto. Any successor Trustee shall be a state or national bank or trust company which is not an Affiliate of the Borrower and which is a Qualified Institution.
