Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that U.S. Bank, Bank National Association will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated March 1, 2006, between U.S. Bank National Association and the Trust AgreementTrustee.

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that U.S. Bank, National Association will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Servicing Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated May 1, 2002, between U.S. Bank, National Association and the Trust AgreementTrustee.
