Common use of Custodianship Clause in Contracts

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that Deutsche Bank National Trust Company will act as custodian (the“Custodian”) of the Custodial Mortgage Files pursuant to the custodial provisions of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
