Common use of Custodianship Clause in Contracts

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that Deutsche Bank National Trust Company will act as custodian of the Servicing Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated April 1, 2007, between Deutsche Bank National Trust Company and the Trustee.
