Common use of Custodianship Clause in Contracts

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (the “Custodian”) will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated July 1, 2007, between the Custodian and the Trustee.
