Common use of Custodianship Clause in Contracts

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that LaSalle National Bank will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated July 1, 2000, among LaSalle National Bank, the Trustee and SASCO, as depositor of the Trust Fund.

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that LaSalle National Bank Bank, N.A. will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated July February 1, 20002002, among between LaSalle National Bank, N.A. and the Trustee and SASCO, as depositor of the Trust FundTrustee.
