Common use of Custodianship Clause in Contracts

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that the custodial division of U.S. Bank National Association will act as custodian of the Servicer’s Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to the Trust Agreement.

Custodianship.
