Common use of Custodianship Clause in Contracts

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that LaSalle Bank N.A. will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated October 1, 2000, between LaSalle Bank N.A. and the Trustee.

Custodianship. National Bank, the Trustee and SASCO, as depositor of the TrusteeTrust Fund.

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that LaSalle Bank Bank, N.A. will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated October January 1, 20002002, between LaSalle Bank Bank, N.A. and the Trustee.
