Common use of Custodianship Clause in Contracts

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that U.S. Bank National Association will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated as of June 1, 2006, between the Custodian and the Trustee.
