Common use of Custodianship Clause in Contracts

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association will act as custodian of the Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated July 1, 2006, between ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association and the Trustee.
