Common use of Custodianship Clause in Contracts

Custodianship. The parties hereto acknowledge that LaSalle Bank, N.A. will act as custodian of the Serviced Mortgage Files for the Trustee pursuant to a Custodial Agreement, dated February 1, 2002, between LaSalle Bank, N.A. and the Trustee.
