Custody arrangements for the Base Case. a) At the Effective Date, the Operator shall deliver one (1) copy of the Base Rate Financial Model to the District via (1) a CD or USB data storage device as agreed (for the District to hold on its own behalf) and (2) email to a nominated District staff member. To the extent applicable following any mutually agreed changes to the Base Rate Financial Model between the Effective Date and Transfer Date, an updated version of the Base Rate Financial Model shall be delivered by the same medium to the District as a Condition Precedent to the Transfer Date.
