Custody of Escrow Funds. Any funds paid to Landlord in escrow hereunder may be held by Landlord or, at Landlord's election, by a financial institution, the deposits or accounts of which are insured or guaranteed by a federal or state agency. The funds shall not be deemed to be held in trust, may be commingled with the general funds of Landlord or such other institution, and shall not bear interest.
