Custody of Mortgage Loan Documents. The originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than the Notes) will be held by the Lead Securitization Noteholder (or a custodian acting on behalf of the Lead Securitization Noteholder) who shall act as secured party under the Mortgage Loan Documents on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, upon the Lead Securitization, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than the Notes) shall be held by the Custodian. Each Note shall be held by the respective Noteholder or a custodian appointed by such Noteholder.
