Common use of Custody of Phase-In-Recovery Property Records Clause in Contracts

Custody of Phase-In-Recovery Property Records. To assure uniform quality in servicing the Phase-In-Recovery Property and to reduce administrative costs, the Bond Issuer hereby revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer hereby accepts such appointment, to act as the agent of the Bond Issuer and the Bond Trustee as custodian of any and all documents and records that the Servicer shall keep on file, in accordance with its customary procedures, relating to the Phase-In-Recovery Property, including copies of the Financing Order and Adjustment Requests relating thereto and all documents filed with the PUCO in connection with any True-Up Adjustment and computational records relating thereto (collectively, the “Phase-In-Recovery Property Records”), which are hereby constructively delivered to the Bond Trustee, as pledgee of the Bond Issuer with respect to all Phase-In-Recovery Property.
