Common use of Custody of Pledge Certificate Clause in Contracts

Custody of Pledge Certificate. Within the Term of Pledge set forth in this Agreement, the Pledgors shall deliver the capital contribution certificate for the equity interest in the Company and the register of shareholders containing the Pledge to the Pledgee for the Pledgee’s custody of such items. The Company shall not set up any register of shareholders other than the aforesaid one. The Pledgors shall deliver the above-mentioned capital contribution certificate and the register of shareholders to the Pledgee on the date of this Agreement, and the Pledgee shall maintain custody of such items throughout the entire Term of Pledge.
