Custody of Pledged Securities and Reports. The Custodian shall maintain custody of the Pledged Securities and (i) send written safekeeping receipts or electronic advices and (ii) reports or statements, each required by, and in a form approved by, the Treasurer or the Administrator of all pledged securities as of the end of each calendar month, sent on a monthly basis to the Administrator within ten (10) business days after the end of each month.

  • Transfer Upon Realization of Pledged, Mortgaged or Charged Escrow Securities (1) You may transfer within escrow to a financial institution the escrow securities you have pledged, mortgaged or charged under section 4.2 to that financial institution as collateral for a loan on realization of the loan.

  • What If I Pledge My Account? If you use (pledge) all or part of your Traditional IRA as security for a loan, then the portion so pledged will be treated as if distributed to you and will be taxable to you as ordinary income during the year in which you make such pledge.   • Accounts and Reports The Company shall maintain a standard system of accounting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied and provide, at its sole expense, to the Secured Party the following:

  • Antitrust Claims If this Agreement resulted from a competitive solicitation, this section is applicable. Contractor shall assign to the Judicial Council all rights, title, and interest in and to all causes of action it may have under Section 4 of the Xxxxxxx Act (15 U.S.C. Sec. 15) or under the Xxxxxxxxxx Act (Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 16700) of Part 2 of Division 7 of the Business and Professions Code), arising from purchases of goods, materials, or services by Contractor for sale to the Judicial Council. Such assignment shall be made and become effective at the time the Judicial Council tenders final payment to the Contractor. If the Judicial Council receives, either through judgment or settlement, a monetary recovery for a cause of action assigned under this section, the Contractor shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for actual legal costs incurred and may, upon demand, recover from the Judicial Council any portion of the recovery, including treble damages, attributable to overcharges that were paid by the Contractor but were not paid by the Judicial Council as part of the bid price, less the expenses incurred in obtaining that portion of the recovery. Upon demand in writing by the Contractor, the Judicial Council shall, within one year from such demand, reassign the cause of action assigned under this part if the Contractor has been or may have been injured by the violation of law for which the cause of action arose and (a) the Judicial Council has not been injured thereby, or (b) the Judicial Council declines to file a court action for the cause of action.

  • Deposit of Escrow Securities in Escrow (1) You are depositing the securities (escrow securities) listed opposite your name in Schedule “A” with the Escrow Agent to be held in escrow under this Agreement. You will immediately deliver or cause to be delivered to the Escrow Agent any share certificates or other evidence of these securities which you have or which you may later receive.

  • Assignment of Antitrust Claims As part of the consideration for the award of this Contract, the Contractor assigns to the State all right, title and interest in and to any claims the Contractor now has, or may acquire, under state or federal antitrust laws relating to the products or services which are the subject of this Contract.

  • Filings and Reports (a) Each year during the term of the Fee Agreement, the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates shall deliver to the County, the County Auditor, the County Assessor and the County Treasurer a copy of their most recent annual filings with the Department with respect to the Project, not later than thirty (30) days following delivery thereof to the Department.

  • Information and Reports The contractor will provide all information and reports required by the Acts, the Regulations, and directives issued pursuant thereto and will permit access to its books, records, accounts, other sources of information, and its facilities as may be determined by the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration to be pertinent to ascertain compliance with such Nondiscrimination Acts And Authorities and instructions. Where any information required of a contractor is in the exclusive possession of another who fails or refuses to furnish the information, the contractor will so certify to the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration, as appropriate, and will set forth what efforts it has made to obtain the information.
