Custody of Records. Where Xxxxx has reason to believe that any of Seller’s documents relating to this Agreement may be lost or discarded due to dissolution, disbandment or termination of Seller’s business, Buyer may, by written request by any of the above-named officers, require that custody of the Seller’s documents be given to Buyer. Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s reasonable written request.
