Custody of Servicer Mortgage Loan Files. The Servicer has in its possession a Servicer Mortgage Loan File for each Mortgage Loan containing each of the documents listed in the definition thereof. All such documents shall be held by the Servicer in trust for the benefit of the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders.
