Custom Scenarios Sample Clauses

Custom Scenarios. (a) SimX is granted the rights and licenses set forth in Exhibit D with respect to Custom Scenarios. (b) Except for the rights and licenses expressly granted to SimX by Customer hereunder, Customer retains all of its rights in and to the Customer Case Content. (c) Customer represents and warrants that Customer has obtained and will continue to maintain all rights, title and interest in and to the Customer Case Content (including obtaining all required consents and authorizations) to grant the rights and licenses set forth in this Agreement. In addition, Customer has and will be responsible for ensuring that the Customer Case Content, and all use by or on behalf of Customer of Customer Case Content, is and will remain in compliance with applicable laws throughout the Subscription Term.
