Common use of Customary Advertising Material Clause in Contracts

Customary Advertising Material. The Loan Parties consent to the publication by the Lender of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Loan Parties so long as the Lender shall have received the Company’s prior written consent to do so and so long as the Company shall have received an advance copy of any such advertising materials that the Lender proposes to publish.

The Loan Parties consent to the publication by the Administrative Agent or any Lender of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Loan Parties so long as the Lender shall have received the Company’s prior written consent to do so and so long as the Company shall have received an advance copy of Parties; provided that, if any such advertising materials include Borrower’s results of operating or other non-public Information that the Lender proposes is to publishbe treated as confidential under this Section 11.07, Borrower’s consent shall be required prior to use of such Information.
