Common use of Customary Advertising Material Clause in Contracts

Customary Advertising Material. The consent of the Loan Parties shall be required prior to the publication by the Administrative Agent or any Lender of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Loan Parties; provided no consent shall be required for disclosure of the name and industry of the Borrower, the logo of the Loan Parties, the Lenders and the types, amounts, tenor and use of proceeds of the credit facilities contained herein in customary marketing materials of the Administrative Agent. In addition, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders may disclose the existence of this Agreement and information about the types, amounts and use of proceeds of the credit facilities contained in this Agreement to market data collectors and similar service providers to the lending industry and service providers to the Administrative Agent, the Arranger and the Lenders in connection with the administration of this Agreement, the other Loan Documents and the Revolving Commitments.
