Common use of Customary Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Customary Arrangements. The Holder may not participate in any underwritten offering pursuant to a registration filed hereunder unless the Holder (a) agrees to sell it’s securities on the basis provided in any customary underwriting arrangements, and (b) provides any relevant information and completes and executes all questionnaires, powers of attorney, indemnities, underwriting agreements, and other documents required under the terms of such underwriting arrangements; provided, however, that the Holder participating in the underwritten registration may appoint one legal or other representative to negotiate the underwriting arrangements.
