Customary Information Clause Samples
The 'Customary Information' clause defines the types of information that are typically shared or disclosed in the ordinary course of business between parties. It clarifies that such information, which may include standard business communications, routine data exchanges, or generally available public information, is not subject to heightened confidentiality or special handling requirements. By distinguishing customary information from sensitive or proprietary data, this clause helps prevent unnecessary restrictions on everyday business interactions and ensures that only truly confidential information is subject to stricter controls.
