Customary Recourse Exceptions. For purposes of determining compliance with Section 4.09 hereof, if any Non-Recourse Debt of any of Targa Resources Partners’ Unrestricted Subsidiaries ceases to be Non-Recourse Debt of such Unrestricted Subsidiary, such event will be deemed to constitute an incurrence of Indebtedness by a Restricted Subsidiary of Targa Resources Partners.
