Customary Remedies. Each Mortgage contains customary enforceable provisions such as to render the rights and remedies of the holder adequate for the realization against the Mortgaged Property of the benefits of the security, including but not limited to (i) in the case of a mortgage designated as a deed of trust, by trustees sale, and (ii) otherwise by judicial foreclosure
