Customer Assignment to Third Party Sample Clauses
The 'Customer Assignment to Third Party' clause allows a customer to transfer their rights and obligations under a contract to another party. In practice, this means that if the customer wishes to assign the contract—such as transferring a service agreement or product purchase to a different entity—they must follow the procedures and obtain any necessary approvals outlined in the clause. This provision ensures that all parties are aware of and agree to any changes in the contractual relationship, thereby maintaining clarity and protecting the interests of both the original contracting party and the third party.
