Common use of CUSTOMER CERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

CUSTOMER CERTIFICATION. By signing this Agreement below, Member hereby certifies that, to the best of Member's knowledge, all of the information provided to the Company in connection with electric service, interconnection and/or sale pursuant to this Agreement is true and correct, and that Member has received and reviewed this Agreement.

CUSTOMER CERTIFICATION. By signing this Agreement below, Member Customer hereby certifies that, to the best of MemberCustomer's knowledge, all of the information provided to the Company Utility in connection with electric service, interconnection and/or sale pursuant to this Agreement is true and correct, and that Member Customer has received and reviewed this Agreement.
