Customer Claims. No written or oral claim for breach of contract or otherwise by any customer has been made against the Company since January 1, 1998 which could, individually or in the aggregate, result in any Material Adverse Effect. To the best knowledge of Sellers and the Company, no state of facts exists, and no event has occurred, which could reasonably be expected to form the basis of any present claim against the Company for liability to any third party in connection with vacation packages sold or services rendered by the Company, other than Customer Claims arising in the ordinary course of the Business.
