Common use of Customer Communications Clause in Contracts

Customer Communications. Seller and Purchaser shall cooperate in developing language for a program of communications or notices relating to the Transaction to be sent to customers of the Company and its Subsidiaries on or after the date hereof and prior to the Closing. Seller shall not, and shall cause its Subsidiaries not to, send any communications or notices relating to the Transaction to customers of the Company and its Subsidiaries on or after the date hereof and prior to the Closing without the prior written approval of Purchaser, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
