Common use of Customer Communications Clause in Contracts

Customer Communications. Edison shall provide to ESP for approval, copies of all written, broadcast or televised communications provided to Direct Access Customers or potential Direct Access Customers (or forms thereof) which reference ESP or the Billing Services provided by ESP prior to release thereof.
