Customer warrants that (i) it has the right to transmit Customer Content as part of the Cloud Services or any other service that Company may provide in connection with delivering Products to Customer and (ii) its use of Cloud Services will not cause the transmission of spam, unsolicited messages, or infringing, offensive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content that violates applicable law.
