Customer Designation to Control. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Cooperative will give effect to all Customer requests to change to a new Supplier, and consequently the most recent Customer designation of a Supplier, for which the procedures under Section 8.3 have been completed, will be given effect by the Cooperative.
