Common use of Customer Disputed Transactions Clause in Contracts

Customer Disputed Transactions. (a) Each Agency will inform the other Agencies of its guidelines for handling customer disputed transactions. When, due to cost/benefit or other considerations, customer accounts are credited for the disputed amount without further research, such credits will not affect Settlement or Reconciliation between Agencies.
