CUSTOMER DOCUMENT DELIVERY. Customer shall promptly furnish to PSC the following: (a) A copy of Customer's Agreement and Declaration of Trust and By Laws and all amendments related thereto. (b) A certified copy of the resolution of the Customer's Board of Trustees authorizing the appointment of PSC and the execution and delivery of this Agreement. (c) A copy of the Customer's Registration Statement and all amendments thereto.
