Customer Evidence Sample Clauses

The Customer Evidence clause grants the service provider the right to use the customer's name, logo, or details of the project as references or case studies in marketing and promotional materials. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of information that can be shared, any approval process required from the customer, and the types of media or forums where such evidence may be used, such as websites, presentations, or press releases. Its core practical function is to allow the provider to demonstrate their experience and success with real clients, thereby enhancing credibility and supporting future business development efforts.
