Customer Guarantee. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Customer shall deliver to Provider a guarantee from Xxxx Corporation, the direct or indirect owner of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Customer (“Customer Parent”), in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit K (the “Customer Guarantee”), which Customer Guarantee shall provide a guarantee of all of Customer’s obligations under this Agreement.
